You will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting through a Team Leader, to the Section Leader. Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental. The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements.

You will work on a wide range of reporting and analysis including statutory returns, national and local key performance indicators, and performance monitoring. This includes running reports and analysis of all Trust data to include for example, Trust referral activity, RTT indicators, service waits, National returns and data from various clinical information systems.

You will work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and the wider planning team to ensure production plans are achievable, communicated effectively, and aligned with business KPIs. Key Responsibilities Produce and issue daily production plans and schedules to meet delivery deadlines across: RTC and Primary Whole Birds (including GUI control to ensure correct supply of birds to line)
