You will lead complex and high-value procurements, ensure compliance with public procurement legislation, and support the delivery of organisational objectives through effective commercial solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver complex procurements, including above-threshold tenders, frameworks, and RFQs, in line with Public Contract Regulations and best practice.
You will also play a crucial role in the NPD process by supporting the introduction of new products and innovations as well as working collaboratively with internal stakeholders in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
You will evolve in to an industry expert in your category by using market insight and analysis to identify best value sources and minimise supplier risk.
You will have at least 2 years’ PQE in advising on all aspects of procurement law within a national, regional or international law firm. With strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset, you will have the ability to build strong client relationships and provide a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
