You will be responsible for ensuring all HSE procedures are adhered to on site.
You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to managers to ensure best practice is promoted, to help ensure a safe working environment. As a main contractor they deliver new build projects from 2million up to around £18million, working on a variety of projects, apartments, housing, industrial and some education.
You will also need a solid grasp of procurement and supply chain management principles, along with proven commercial expertise in price negotiation, contract creation, and conducting requests for quotation and tender processes.
You should have a valid driving licence or equivalent mobility. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
