You must have experience of delivering similar projects including external cladding with a reputable main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.

You will have: A strong understanding of contract management principles (NEC/JCT). Proven experience in commercial management for planned works or construction projects. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or Business/Finance.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
