You will be responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, providing cost estimation and planning, contract management, financial oversight, risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

You must have experience of delivering similar projects including external cladding with a reputable main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.

You will have: A strong understanding of contract management principles (NEC/JCT). Proven experience in commercial management for planned works or construction projects. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or Business/Finance.
