You will work alongside a supportive and experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and helping to deliver complete packages from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, motivated, and keen to progress within a company that values growth and development.

You will engage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation).
