You will lead the delivery of the statutory accounts, managing the full year-end process, and act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Important: This role is not about "cover" - it's about owning outcomes, bringing structure and delivering a high-quality statutory set of accounts to deadline.

You will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the key on-site leader, you will manage subcontractors, site personnel, site logistics, materials, quality, and Health & Safety.

You will also handle any unforeseen delays and keep daily operations running smoothly to meet project targets.

You will play a key role in leading delivery of your workstream, ensuring activities are engineered to specification and delivered safely, profitably, and to customer satisfaction. This is a permanent staff position. Security requirement: Candidates must have security experience and be able to obtain Security Clearance once in post.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.

You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.
