You will manage a varied caseload, working collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to promote stability, permanency, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities - Undertake professional assessments of children, young people, and families to identify needs, risks, and strengths

You will:Recruit, assess, and support prospective adopters to meet the needs of children. Undertake family finding and provide post-adoption support. Deliver high-quality, cost-effective social work services for children, young people, and families. Complete assessments, enquiries, and care/adoption plans to a high standard.

You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle to qualify for this role. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels.
