You will be the primary liaison supporting a key customer escalation, working closely not only with the customer but also with Honeywell's internal Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programme teams, as well as external stakeholders such as Ontic. Approximately 60-70% of the role will be customer-facing, with the remaining responsibilities focused on internal coordination and supply chain engagement.
You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects, working out of our clients' Yeovil site.

You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor based in Yeovil and support the REACH Obsolescence Programme by providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support. This role has day-to-day responsibility for configuration activities that impact wider engineering and customer teams.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling business transformation.
You will focus on analysing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and support change management initiatives.
You will work for a world renowned manufacturer with over assets on site, which will give you variation within your role. As part of your role, you will be responsible for updating CMMS, ordering parts/spares as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects on site.
You will also undertake a Level 3 Project Controls Technician qualification over this time to compliment on the job learning alongside internal training to understand and utilise globally recognised tool sets and standards in Project Controls.
