You will lead process optimisations and drive quality standards in a high technology environment that rewards precision and technical leadership.

You will oversee the technical integrity of plating baths and chemical processes to ensure "Right First Time" yields.

You will be represented by a specialist technical recruiter who will guide you through each stage of the process.

You will collaborate closely with chemical analysts, operators, and management to ensure the plating processes are efficient, high-quality, and meet safety standards. This role also involves developing new plating techniques and finishes to support current and future business needs.

You will collect and report accurate build data, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with design, process, and operations teams, supporting root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and first article inspections.

You will be responsible for installing, modifying, and commissioning new plant equipment to relevant standards. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plants. Proactively identifying and reporting works for enhancement and delivering cost-effective improvements to assets and systems.
