You will work within a team of painters, panel beaters and other MET fitters reporting to your workshop controller. This is a permanent onsite role.
You will work closely with the Welding and Fabrication Manager, Welding Supervisor, Welding Inspector, and Engineering teams to ensure welding processes, procedures, and qualifications are effective, efficient, and repeatable. This role requires moderate supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and production support.
