You will have an in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server versions, e.g., Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016) and familiarity with macOS - A strongunderstanding of network protocols (TCP/IP), network configuration (routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi), and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
