You will be responsible for preparing delivery plans, managing consultant teams, liaising directly with clients and contractors, overseeing tender processes and reporting on progress, risk and budget. Working alongside internal cost consultants and senior stakeholders, you will be the day-to-day project lead on multiple schemes.
You will deliver Fire Sprinkler projects on time, to budget and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing - Leading project Initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders including Sales, Design, QS. - Production and maintenance of project programme.
You will act as first point of contact for customer calls and cases – resolving orders/queries professionally and accurately while meeting agreed KPIs and service levels.
You will manage complex delivery and equipment issues, including emergency deliveries, faulty cylinders and equipment breakdowns, ensuring clear communication with customers throughout.
