You will be responsible for contract administration, client liaison, risk management and resolving site issues as they arise. Applicants should have proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the industrial or commercial construction sector.
You must be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with clients, consultants and site teams.
