process modelling engineer jobs in Gillingham, Kent

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will play an important role in day-to-day plant operations, helping to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position working with process equipment and control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and QCS platforms. Hours of Work * Initial work will be during daytime hours (Monday–Friday).

You will also be supporting your team in meeting performance targets, creating a highly engaged team and providing coaching and mentoring support for team development.

You will ideally be a strategic thinker with strong background in forward planning and ability to take an overview of the Company’s resources and operational needs.
