You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and external design teams to optimise workflows, support NPI, resolve technical issues, and drive cost-effective process improvements. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to troubleshoot issues, optimise workflows, and introduce process improvements that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and control costs.

You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.
