You will become the subject matter expert within your field and take responsibility for on-going process development, supporting new product introduction (NPI) and change management of production processes.

You will be a key member of a number of team-based activities including Daily production, FRC, FMEA, CIP & 8D meetings.

You will oversee raw material acceptance, in-process quality controls and out-of-specification (OOS) decision-making, ensuring product integrity and compliance at every stage.
