You will take responsibility for the teams’ target setting, sales planning, sales activity, sales results and following up the business activity for the defined market areas in focus.
You will need to collaborate with all sales support functions to deliver a continuously improved customer satisfaction and high sales growth for the Energy Division.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and the growth of services. Key Responsibilities - Oversee care operations and lead a team of care staff, supervisors, and coordinators
You will be a qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA, or a part qualified coming to the end of your exams. The client will support further studying as needed.
You will have trained in practice at some point during your career.
You will receive a salary dependent on experience of up to £55,000. Study support provided as needed
