You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime, you choose.

You will be responsible for: As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will take ownership of activities by co-ordinating a team to deliver.
You will have a great understanding of how your team is performing and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands on approach.
You will monitor product quality at each key stage and make necessary adjustments to achieve zero customer complaints and meet continuous improvement and waste-reduction targets.
You will maintain product quality through correct plant setup, adherence to technical specifications, and quality assurance processes, while capturing accurate performance data.
You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGOccupationalTherapy Ways of Working.
