You will hold a mechanical engineering degree, have knowledge of SolidWorks/AutoCAD and process or project engineering. This is a fantastic chance to join a global leader in a role that will offer you autonomy and great training and further progression across the company.
You will also collaborate closely with facility/equipment engineers and integration engineers to develop and lead new processes that meet emerging device requirements for future technologies. Additionally, you will provide support for the transfer of processes to large-volume manufacturing.
You will formulate the structure and approach for process developments required to meet challenging technical deliverables for new product developments. This is a critical role to ensure robust product development to meet demanding technical product performance and reliability.
You will be responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, rectification of faults, problem solving and continuous improvement of production equipment and processes.
You will ensure production demands are met whilst ensuring compliance to safety and quality standards too.
You will ensure customer work is processed smoothly and on time, maximising production efficiency and supporting our factory teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will manage, support and develop your team while continually improving processes, systems, and collaboration across departments.
