You should have previous experience working within a similar capacity – Process improvement engineer, reliability engineer, continuous improvement engineer, or project engineer (Maintenance bias).
You will also be joining a group who have ambitious plans to keep growing in a market they already excel in.
You will be responsible for undertaking internal audit and assurance activities, and for supporting services to deliver quality improvement initiatives in line with Hft’s Quality Assurance Framework.
You will provide services with appropriate advice and support, and work closely with various management teams to develop and improve best practice across services.
You will manage engineering change requests, support new product introductions, implement production IT improvement projects, and work with electro-pneumatic test equipment. This is a varied, hands-on role where your input directly contributes to the success of the plant.
You will drive process optimisation, and manage the Process Engineering team day to day, guiding them to deliver efficient and sustainable clinker and cement production. You aspire to be part of a forward-thinking business that is committed to progress.
You will work with our stakeholders, consultants and contractors to protect and enhance the quality of our waste treatment assets and rivers; interrogate and make improvements to our data systems; undertake investigations; undertake outline designs so that we have the best evidence available from which we can make sound decisions.
