You will be working for a food packing company based in the Portsmouth area.
You will be supporting them to coordinate, implement, and develop complex supply chain processes and activities within the ERP system, liaising with the current supply chain team to ensure business continuity within the switch from the current system to the new ERP system.
You will transform complex information into clear, accurate reports, dashboards and customer-ready presentations. Acting as both a data specialist and a key client liaison, you will support operational improvement and help strengthen customer relationships through high-quality insights and regular engagement.
You will be responsible for embedding Lean and Continuous Improvement thinking across Design and Test, improving safety, quality, delivery and efficiency while eliminating waste.
You will lead and facilitate CI activities such as Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, Gemba assessments and 5S, ensuring improvements are documented, shared and sustained.
You should have strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and methodologies like Lean Six Sigma. The position offers flexibility with hybrid working, providing opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.
