You will be expected to lead, challenge, and develop engineers, positively influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with your team on strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have experience leading successful, collaborative engineering teams, and demonstrate the ability to solve challenging problems.
You will be integrated into the full project lifecycle, from initial bids and design reviews to supplier audits and final equipment release.
You will actively participate in Design and Project reviews, ensuring quality is built-in from the start.
You will support major CapEx projects involving complex offshore structures, drilling, and subsea equipment.
You will receive preparation materials for the round and more information on how to prepare. We'll only close this role once we have enough applications for the next stage.
