You will be taking charge of the Manufacturing Process, Stock Control, Loading and Shipping good to the USA - Monitoring the team to make sure all orders are completed on time and correctly

You will effectively manage and coach your team to ensure that they are delivering against targets.

You will lead process commissioning activities from build through FAT/SAT and start-up, working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external suppliers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commissioning and start-up of electrolyser systems, ensuring they meet design, safety, and performance requirements.

You will be involved in a variety of projects on site and be the focus from an electrical point of view process improvement on site. Ongoing training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.

You will troubleshoot problems, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain high user satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a passion for technology are essential. The ideal candidate can handle complex technical issues, manage escalations, and collaborate with IT teams to align service desk operations with business needs.

You will work either on a rotating shift pattern site dependant covering mornings and afternoons, or solely on an afternoon shift. Key Responsibilities * Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery and equipment.
