You will act as the essential link between workshop-based preparation and successful on-site operation, helping to drive system performance and continuous improvement.

You will be working with advanced sensors, data acquisition systems, and specialist survey platforms.

You will be working closely with our research scientists, business team and external collaborators as we optimise our lipid production fermentations and downstream processing.

You will help define the strategies for optimisation of the performance of our production strains at benchtop-scale and transfer learnings to larger scales (300L+).

You will be working with other team members such as project managers, and senior leadership, in addition to external suppliers, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. The role requires applying your skills and knowledge across a broad range of problems and challenges, sourcing alternative solutions independently and efficiently

You will become an expert user of the technology, working closely with software, data, and hardware engineers to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability as the product continues to evolve.

You will also plan and fulfil preventative maintenance schedules. This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or injection moulding background, looking for a double-days position.

You will have the ability to write dyno test on CP Cadet or similar, along with the flexibility and willingness to attend race events if required.
