You must record all works on a PDA, Planon is the CAFM system we operate. As our Building Services Engineer you will assume responsibility for: - Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPM's - AHU Maintenance, AC trouble shooting. - Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems.
You will be expected to work on design projects involving concrete and steel mainly.
You will also be required to work on site investigation and evaluate design proposals.
