You will join a highly skilled engineering team and be responsible for enabling design intent into a functioning production system—ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will take responsibility for the teams’ target setting, sales planning, sales activity, sales results and following up the business activity for the defined market areas in focus.
You will need to collaborate with all sales support functions to deliver a continuously improved customer satisfaction and high sales growth for the Energy Division.
