You will lead engineering change management, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
