You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you will attend the meetings and help transition the lead-to-client experience.
You will be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities with Tier 1 contractors, water utilities, and engineering firms, ensuring a robust pipeline for our innovative solutions.
You will move beyond simple lead generation, managing the entire journey from initial outreach to proposal support and closing contracts with key infrastructure players.
You will work alongside industry recognised experts to deliver value to key utility company clients, such as Uisce Éireann, NI Water, Scottish Water and other AMP water companies.
You will also be involved with business development including providing specialist support to our account leaders and engineering practices.
