You will build your knowledge of the market, developing relationships with suppliers and negotiate hire rates, maintain accurate records and reports.

You will liaise with project teams over requirements, delivery dates and on site arrangements.

You will use in house IT systems to monitor usage, identify opportunities to off hire, and minimise costs and produce reports on spend and usage.

You will work alongside team members on a daily basis, offering support and guidance; as well as getting your hands dirty yourself!

You will also be responsible for supporting the Hostel Manager in a number of management tasks, including placing orders, completing safety checks and managing guest requirements.
