You will work in partnership with senior leadership to deliver the organisations strategic objectives within the community division. You will ideally work across 2 sites (1066 and Sussex Coast) however we are flexible and you can be based at one if preferred. Situated in the heart of East Sussex, our practice is surrounded by picturesque countryside and a stunning coastline. Enjoy the vibrant arts scene, outdoor activities, and a variety of independent restaurants and cafés.

You will ideally work across 2 sites (1066 and Bexhill) however we are flexible and you can be based at one if preferred.

You will ideally work 4 or 5 days per week, with hours varying from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm, as well as a Saturday rota (8:00 am - 12 pm), usually 1 in 4 weeks.

You will work with a large, diverse and multi-skilled team to ensure all guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room. With a strong sense of awareness of timings and standards, you will ensure every room is prepared for the guests' arrival, being an integral part of their perfect customer journey.
