You will be technically strong, comfortable operating in a hands-on environment, and confident providing insight and challenge at senior leadership level - Commercially focused with an ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision making

You will be responsible for the inspection of machined parts received at our Farnborough site so we are looking for someone with similar experience ideally within the manufacturing sector. The purpose of the role is to provide quality control inspection of drawn parts prior to their transfer to stock.

You will join a highly skilled engineering team and be responsible for enabling design intent into a functioning production system—ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
