You must be willing to adapt to different roles within the company, such as picking, packing and receipting of products. The Role: * Picking, packing, and preparing stock (including electrical cables) for delivery or internal use. Receiving incoming goods, inspecting deliveries, and accurately recording items into the system.
You will either be a proven Operations Manager or someone with the ambition & drive to step into and learn within the role
You will have proven leadership within a manufacturing environment (minimum 5 years) Established track record of managing teams, improving production processes, and meeting operational targets, while ensuring product quality.
