You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will have an opportunity to increase your take home pay to circa £34,000 per annum through overtime and standby rota.
You will join the standby rota after you complete your training est.
You will be part of the frontline operations team in the Kent area and the business simply cannot operate without you.
