You will need to build a strong, collaborative and trusting working relationship with each other and their counterparts within the Operations DepartmentWhat you need as a Process Operator;

You must be able to work shifts including nights and weekends & Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

You should be skilled in Automation, PLC and SCADA systems—particularly Siemens—and have experience in project management. You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of mechanical components, working closely with manufacturing and testing to bring products from initial concept through to production. While experience in the performance aftermarket is beneficial, it is not essential.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team and be responsible for the mechanical design, prototyping and testing of components and assemblies. The role involves translating research concepts into robust, manufacturable products, working closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance, quality and compliance requirements.

You will play a key part in maintaining systems, supporting audits, and driving improvements in quality and efficiency.
