You will also act as an escalation point for other modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Comp and Advanced Comp, Time & Absence etc. This strategic role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Talent and Performance processes within Workday, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and business process alignment.

You must be available to work one day of the weekend. There will be an opportunity for overtime as required.

You will build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates whilst being the key individual who champions the various recruitment processes.

You will constantly act as a brand ambassador, working closely with various teams to ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired into the business.

You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication, behaviour and emotional regulation. The role involves both 1:1 and small group support, helping children access the EYFS curriculum and feel secure within classroom routines.
