To succeed in this role, you will need:Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service.

You will also assist our agents in the field set up and agree payment plans and process payments from customers. Operating in a contact centre environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.

You must not have a criminal record and will be required to undergo a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) and Credit Reference Check.

You will also need to provide technical and specification details in regards to snagging works ensuring both photographs and detailed reports are provided to the Logistics Co-ordinator and or Project Managers.

You will be tasked to ensure the van is always clean and fully stocked with all required stock parts notifying the Logistics co-ordinator of low stock levels.

You will need to be enthusiastic and inspiring to bring a sense of energy into my life.

You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respecting my family and my new home. OTHER INFORMATION:Candidates must be female and have previous experience of supporting clients with mobility requirements.
