You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients locally and nationally on wills, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. This hybrid role offers exposure to a diverse client base and opportunities to develop your career in private client law. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed :
You will be responsible of handling a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney, and compensation trusts
You will be working closely with highly regarded experts and engaged in all aspects of corporate deals. Receiving excellent guidance and mentoring, you will be able to develop your skills to manage your own transaction and be afforded plenty of client contact. Typical matters include:
You will work directly with service users to prevent tenancy breakdown, support successful move on from temporary accommodation, and help people build the skills and stability needed to maintain independent living.
You will manage a caseload of individuals living in private rented, council or supported housing, delivering personalised, housing focused support.
You must be aged 21 or over - Formal qualifications such as: - Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) - Community Interpreting - NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered is advantageous - Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages - Any other interpreting related qualification
