You will be part of a collaborative group where quality and accuracy matter and fee earners rely on high level support. The position is fully office based in Sevenoaks.
You will work as one of three secretaries within the Private Client support team, supporting 5 fee earners currently, with expansion planned to 6.
You will handle a diverse portfolio of high-value matters, advising clients on complex wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning.
You will also play an integral part in the firm's business development initiatives, leveraging your network and expertise to grow the team's practice and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
You will ensure all work is compliant with aviation regulations and maintenance standards, while also supporting and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft. - Document all work performed accurately, in line with manuals and regulatory requirements.
You will be working with ODP / Theatre Nurse as part of our Theatre team and will be responsible for: To provide exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative department and to assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the theatre Team in the operating department across a range of clinical specialities.
