You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.
You will instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff in the design and management of schemes and work with clients to ensure delivery of projects to time and cost, and to help manage change.
You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!
You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.
You will work closely with both the Customer Care and Underwriting teams, with particular focus on complex validations that require a high level of accuracy and judgement. Excited to make an impact?
You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, contribute to service development, and act as a resource for multidisciplinary teams. Experience in videofluoroscopy and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) is highly desirable.
