You will provide design leadership, coordinate technical delivery, and mentor junior team members, while working closely with senior colleagues on project and practice development. Projects include Education, Blue Light and Emergency Services, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Industrial developments, ranging from refurbishment works to large-scale new build schemes.
You must understand the relevant legislation and procedures to ensure that our tanks are welded to the standard required.

You will be working in the Tank House 5 days a week in the production department in Solihull.
You must be able to complete files to a high quality standard, review junior team members work, provide coaching to the junior team and be prepared to report directly to the partners and/or senior managers depending on the complexity of the job.
