You will lead independently and proactively on technical aspects including preparing designs, specification, technical approval submissions, site supervision and will be fully conversant with industry design standards.
You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience either fully focused on Mechanical & Electrical services or within a wider construction role with strong MEP exposure. Ideally, you will have experience delivering commercial projects and be keen to further develop your technical, contractual and commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment.
