You should have broad tax experience and work well with minimal Partner oversight. You’ll meet deadlines, handle billing, and manage expectations. Partners rely on you, and your team looks to you for direction.

You will provide technical training and support to junior staff to develop the wider advisory capabilities of the whole team.

You will have solid private client advisory experience - Effective team leadership

You will be required to build and expand your internal and external network to generate new opportunities by focusing specifically on allocated clients and targets. - Assist in the management of the local team and take responsibility for the coaching and development of other team members.

You will manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax advice, and Probate.

You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, and championing efficiency, compliance and best practice. This full-time role (9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday) is predominantly office-based, with occasional home visits.
