You will run a Private Client caseload, overseeing the department.
You will be well supported in the role but will also have the autonomy to make the role your own.
You should be a Private Client Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE required)

You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.
You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.
You will oversee private client across the firms five offices.
You will oversee, lead and drive forwards the firm's private client department, you will work closely with the equity partners across the firms' other offices that includes Mayfair, Essex, Surrey and South London.
You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.

You should also be able to use Xero extensively and be certified on Xero.
You should have experience preparing VAT returns and using different VAT schemes.
You should have great bookkeeping/accounts knowledge and be able to train other members clearly. Knowledge of Dext Prepare would be preferred.

You will collaborate closely with POPX colleagues and POP leadership to provide functional expertise and insights, and to build scalable analytical capabilities that support BCG’s people and organization agenda.

You will work closely with the Practice Area Leaders and their leadership teams when setting the strategic agenda and driving implementation. For additional tasks, you will collaborate with the Practice Area Coordinators, Sector / Topic Managers, HR and Marketing within the PA.
