You will manage your own caseload and work closely with experienced colleagues, using specialist case management software to deliver a high standard of client care.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will lead the Quality and Technical teams on site, support the sales teams as and when required from a technical perspective and be the ‘go to’ person on site for any technical matters and projects.
