You will lead or manage a small/sub team in providing support, experience and advice on environmental and planning considerations and requirements across a variety of sites and schemes with varying levels of sensitivity, delivering on a range of services and managing relatively complex projects to a consistently high standard with a view to meet and exceed client objectives.
You will manage a team of engineers, including a technician and shift apprentice.
You will manage contractors and suppliers and raise permits where appropriate.
You will ensure the site PPM is implemented, and manage the site CMMS system using root cause analysis to reduce future downtime.
You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
