You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will help shape and grow a product with AI at its core, using agents to power an AI assistant advertising planners throughout their workflow. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of 8–10 remote engineers and data scientists, distributed across multiple countries in Europe, with a significant presence in Poland and Ukraine.
You will work within an enablement team whose mission is to help engineering teams deliver software faster, safer, and more reliably. The role blends technical depth with leadership: we need people who can think strategically, challenge the status quo, and guide the evolution of our on-premises private cloud platform.
You will develop innovative strategies for high-hazard environments, manage and mentor a team of engineers, and act as a trusted advisor to major clients across multiple sectors.
You will also play a key role in client engagement, regulatory liaison, and supporting business development initiatives.
You should be a flexible and capable all round designer seeking to further your career. Excellent support and long term further promotional prospects will be great for the right candidate. Priority will be given to candidates who live within commuting distance and who have no current or future visa requirements.
You will contribute to the delivery of concept studies and strategies with hands on design, leading to planning applications or construction drawing issue.
You will have proven experience and an interest in helping the junior members of the team in producing designs.
You will have strong post graduate experience in a civil engineering working environment.
You will take ownership of mission critical infrastructure, lead strategic initiatives, and mentor a team of engineers, acting as a champion for agile delivery automation and consistent Cloud deployment.
You should bring a broad range of experience in modern cloud stacks and a passion for developing new technical skills.
