You will work in our market which is predominantly focused on delivering engineering and waste management projects for clients within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector, with some projects focused on other stages of the nuclear lifecycle.
You will join an existing civil/structural team and be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages for key nuclear clients.
You will direct a team of CE&I Engineers in a dynamic environment, providing technical support and mentoring ensuring the team delivers technical excellence.
You will be involved in resource management of the team, including sharing resource across the geographies and regions.
You will have the vision, passion and track record required to support us with our continued growth of our nuclear offering.
You will lead the continued development of a strong team to whom you will provide leadership and robust management.
