Principal Process Engineer jobs in England
You will become a key technical point of contact within the business for everything design, test, development and R&D related and will be reviewing and approving machinery documentation, designs and test plans. This role will offer you the chance to participate in machinery design reviews and engineering meetings ensuring that all products are meeting customer, company and industry standards.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You should have commercial acumen, understand and apply business knowledge to make sound decisions that benefit the entire organisation and a keen eye for identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement. We do need you to have the following:
