You will play a key role in ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the correct technical and quality standards.

You should be able to carry out setting out and engineering duties as directed by the Site Manager, ensuring works are delivered to specification and design.

You will act as the key interface between designers, checkers, site engineers and project management, ensuring all temporary works are planned, documented, inspected and controlled effectively.

You will work closely with other Deputy Plant Managers to ensure efficient use of project resources and smooth coordination across all ground engineering sections. Main Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination - Act as deputy to the General Plant Manager, ensuring compliance with plant and equipment procedures

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.
