You will be required to deliver work to a high quality, working efficiently and within time and be able to work without supervision. A positive approach to new methods, equipment and problem solving are required. A number of years solving industry analytical problems within legal, manufacturing or development.
You should be comfortable with the interpretation of analytical data e.g. NMR, HPLC, GC, FTIR and DSC. As Sterling is a contract development and manufacturing organisation, project assignments will be varied in nature and will always include hands-on laboratory work. Strong scientific reasoning, problem solving skills and flexibility are required in order to manage complex challenges.
You will provide technical, operational and method development support to the group XRF teams globally and actively take a leading role in method development projects and method improvements.
You will ensure that an efficient and high-quality analytical service is provided in order to meet reporting deadlines and priorities agreed with clients.
